All of our tasting menus are custom curated for your bespoke event, in conjunction with event planners, estate managers, executive assistants, and premium product flown in overnight from the famed Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo through exclusive partnerships with importers like True Word, IMP and OneOceanUSA. Every member of our Chef team has at least a decade of continuous work between 2 and 3 Michelin establishments in San Francisco and Napa, and extensive private estate work. Our team has all been extensively vetted and passed level 3 background checks.
