With time spent in the vegan and vegetarian kitchens of places like Ubuntu, or the vegetable forward Jean-Georges, we’ve applied that elevated technique to create elevated vegan sushi boxes and menus for our bespoke curated events. + all rolls served with gluten free tamari and kizami wasabi + all ”aiolis” made vegan with pureed fresh tofu curd
