Vegan sushi, rebooted.


With time spent in the vegan and vegetarian kitchens of places like Ubuntu, or the vegetable forward Jean-Georges, we’ve applied that elevated technique to create elevated vegan sushi boxes and menus for our bespoke curated events.


+ all rolls served with gluten free tamari and kizami wasabi

+ all ”aiolis” made vegan with pureed fresh tofu curd

topped with: sliced roasted shiitake mushrooms, miso agave aioli, kale furikake

topped with: roasted red beets, lemon turmeric aioli, pickled mustard seeds

chili tofu poke + avocado | pickled cucumber

topped with: roasted golden beets, champagne vinegar and whole grain mustard vinaigrette, vadouvan curry + agave aioli, flax seeds
